We call Cincinnati and Park City home.

While our roots are firmly planted in Cincinnati, OH, we have also expanded to Park City, UT to continue to meet our clients where they are.

Diversity, Inclusion, Growth — and Our Impact

It’s bigger than any moment.

We are Creative Anthropologists, uncovering truths to better understand and empathize with people. It’s those truths that drive us to continually embed Diversity, Inclusion & Growth [DIG] into the foundation of how we operate. The DIG team is a group of internal advocates who believe in the power of engaging different perspectives, experiences, and partnerships to actively drive progress within and beyond our walls.

At Hyperquake, we believe that every human is an innately unique individual. We celebrate our differences and learn from each other’s truths to build a community where everyone is recognized and respected. Driving Impact

Anticipate and create opportunities. Identify challenges. Advocate and advance solutions. These are the core values of Hyperquake’s Impact Team. A group of dedicated and tenured employees who bridge the gap between the day-to-day work and decisions being made at the Leadership level, the Impact Team works each day to ensure that every Quaker’s voice is represented. The Impact Team was created in 2018 as a limited-time engagement to seamlessly bring two teams together following the acquisition of The Brand Experience. With a strong desire to make a meaningful and lasting impact on a consistent basis, the team renewed and broadened their focus to include protecting and driving company culture, identifying areas for growth and improvement at the individual and business level, and spearheading solutions for expected and unexpected challenges.

 

As the world and businesses change, the needs of our people also change. This requires OUR Impact Team to be agile, ever-evolving to meet new needs.
