Anticipate and create opportunities. Identify challenges. Advocate and advance solutions. These are the core values of Hyperquake’s Impact Team. A group of dedicated and tenured employees who bridge the gap between the day-to-day work and decisions being made at the Leadership level, the Impact Team works each day to ensure that every Quaker’s voice is represented. The Impact Team was created in 2018 as a limited-time engagement to seamlessly bring two teams together following the acquisition of The Brand Experience. With a strong desire to make a meaningful and lasting impact on a consistent basis, the team renewed and broadened their focus to include protecting and driving company culture, identifying areas for growth and improvement at the individual and business level, and spearheading solutions for expected and unexpected challenges.
