Luvy Delgado

Managing Director, Head of Production, Experiences

Luvy thrives in the space between vision and execution—where bold ideas meet the structure to make them real. With over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, production workflows, and cross-functional leadership, she knows how to turn vision into reality, scaling operational structures and uniting teams to deliver world-class projects.

From immersive brand activations to theme park spectacles, product launches, and experiential campaigns, Luvy has seen it all—and built it, too. She believes the magic happens when technology, storytelling, and physical spaces seamlessly collide, crafting experiences that leave lasting impressions. Before joining Hyperquake as Managing Director, Head of Production, Luvy spent seven years at Envoy (formerly Leviathan), where she helped integrate physical and digital experiences across enterprise, themed entertainment, events, and public spaces. Prior to that, she honed her skills in creative operations and production at top agencies and in-house creative teams across New York and Los Angeles.

As a Miami native who once only dreamed of working in technology, Luvy knows that great experiences aren’t just designed—they’re engineered with strategy, collaboration, and a relentless drive to push creative boundaries.

Luck has nothing to do with it—chance is more like it.
