Jacuzzi came to us with a desire to help build their community and engage with a long time audience of customers and brand advocates. Their historical approach to building community and driving engagement was centered around product benefits and was no longer driving the volume and quality of engagement in social media channels.
We set out to reinvigorate Jacuzzi's social community by bringing to life the real reason people buy their products—the experience. We deployed a multi-faceted approach including social influencers along with a variety of mindful benefits and experiential content.
