We partner with clients across every industry to create both permanent and temporary immersive experiences from enterprise-level customer experience centers to museums and cultural exhibits. Our Backstory

Our approach to creating a transformative guest experience is shaped by our expertise in enterprise, cultural and themed entertainment and edutainment markets. We tap into the cognitive steps that people naturally go through when encountering a new place, story, or brand for the first time. This understanding allows us to develop a thematic storyline and mobilize it into a flexible spatial communications plan—one that adapts to any layout or geography.

The Setting: Staging that Supercedes Passive Consumption

Too often, content is designed to be observed rather than experienced. But true engagement happens when people feel like they are a part of something—when they can touch, explore, and interact with a narrative rather than just being presented with information. Our work prioritizes interactivity, emotional resonance, and accessibility to ensure that every piece of content leaves a lasting impact.

For the M+ Museum, one of Asia’s most ambitious cultural institutions, our digital and interactive content studio in Brooklyn designed an experience that redefined visitor engagement with art. We were challenged to break cultural and language barriers to spark dialogue across timeless issues. By bridging communication between robotic technology partners in Sweden and NYC-based architectural collaborators, we ensured seamless execution while keeping the client’s vision at the core.

By introducing a new way to view art through a complex mechanical arm structure and a bespoke tablet-driven application, we leveled the playing field in art interpretation. Visitors engaged with simple bilingual prompts that guided their viewing experience, making the artwork feel more personal and accessible. One unique challenge was preparing our client for the realities of managing an interactive exhibit. Drawing from our extensive experience in the museum space, we provided consulting services, manuals, and educational assets to help equip their team for long-term success.

When we developed an interactive exhibit in Brooklyn, the goal wasn’t simply to showcase art—it was to take visitors through the artist’s point of view. By incorporating personal letters, sketches, and philosophies into the design, we crafted an experience that allowed visitors to see through the artist’s eyes and connect with their work on a deeper level. This wasn’t just about displaying artifacts—it was about creating an emotional bridge between the audience and the artist, making their creative process feel immediate and alive.
