Pepe brings more than 25 years of global experience across marketing, creativity, technology, and sustainability. A champion of purpose-driven growth, he has helped brands around the world unlock new opportunities by placing the voice of the consumer and their communities at the center of strategy.

Throughout his career, Pepe has led marketing and brand initiatives for companies including Bimbo, Kraft Foods, Nestlé, Mondelez, and HP, contributing to widely recognized campaigns such as Hershey’s #HerShe, Nescafé’s New Year’s Resolutions, and Smirnoff’s Love Wins. Based in Barcelona, he also teaches at ESADE Business School and is a member of the D&AD Impact Council.
