SimplyEz’s current, primary customer consists of the seniors, caregivers and people that are homebound due to rehabilitation, disabilities or even long term illness. Each individual’s familiarity and comfort level with the digital landscape ranges from little knowledge to tech-savvy. This meant it was critical that our digital experience delivers ease-of-use and accessibility to ensure an intuitive and friendly experience across the consumer spectrum. Activations such as downloadable pdfs for menus and ingredients allowed for simple, easy printing anytime, anywhere. To further customer convenience, we developed a robust FAQ section that answers any questions about the process from start to finish. Customers also have the ability to identify their area of service from any page of the site, which reinforces complete accessibility.
