Hyperquake partnered with Lucidity to reinvigorate the locum healthcare industry to better serve the modern physician.

Lucidity is a streamlined job marketplace that puts healthcare providers in control of their careers through their expansive database and best-fit algorithm that places them according to their preferences.  

Using their rich understanding of healthcare providers, they wanted to partner with Hyperquake to disrupt the locum tenens agency model and inspire a deeper connection with their audience, elevating their brand. Through our immersion process, Hyperquake uncovered healthcare providers want a knowledgeable advocate along their journey, ownability of their careers, and a transparent, seamless process. We crafted a brand positioning and value proposition that placed healthcare providers at the forefront, while celebrating the modern technology Lucidity has to offer. 

Hyperquake then developed a brand identity system that graphically reinforced Lucidity’s strong strategic foundation. The fresh, modular system was designed to highlight the purposeful intentionality of each placed healthcare provider, the sophistication and appreciation of the industry and the authenticity of the brand and its healthcare providers. By understanding the shared values between Lucidity and the physicians, we transformed a formerly transactional, rigid process to a customizable, physician-centric experience.
