CoolSculpting® isn’t just about fat anymore. With CoolTone™, we helped them break new ground by creatively launching their newest product in over 10 years—introducing muscle toning through Magnetic Muscle Stimulation (MMS) as the perfect complement to fat reduction.

Our mission: position CoolTone™ as a seamless extension of the CoolSculpting® portfolio. From naming and brand strategy to launch campaigns and creative assets, we developed a cohesive identity that inspires patient transformations and drives practice growth. Through bold visuals, strategic insights, and collaboration with key partners, we helped CoolSculpting® flex their muscles and take their brand and business to the next level by attracting existing and new customers in a crowded B2B2C landscape—including men.

When CoolSculpting® needed to elevate their entire patient and practice experience, we led the charge along with PDR (UK) to craft a bold, end-to-end strategy. From reimagined machines and applicators to a streamlined workflow, our mission was clear: position CoolSculpting® Elite as the ultimate innovation in the market.

We created a playbook of visual and verbal guidelines for various agency partners, serving as the North Star to bring the next generation of CoolSculpting to market. We shifted the look, tone, and feel to be more striking, sophisticated, and bolder, but recognizably CoolSculpting.

We didn’t just market a product—we built a movement. By creating a striking new visual and verbal identity, a comprehensive playbook, an omni-channel campaign and go-to-market assets, we set the stage for a cohesive and impactful launch. The result? A campaign as Elite as the product itself.
